Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York New York U.S.A. was an American actress who is known for her portrayal of tough, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was born into a family of actors her father was a playwright and writer Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree at Brown University. She then studied Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started the beginning of her Broadway career. She was praised for her performances in both Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
