Dina was born in Forest Hills Queens and raised there. She moved from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island before the close of her senior year in high school. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers. Gregory is her brother who is older and Evan is her younger. When she was between the ages of 9 between the ages of 16 and 19, her first exposure to the world of modeling was when she started modeling. Ron Stetson trained her in the acting techniques of Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. It took around three years.
